This time is ObjectWin technologies. I got a letter threatening a lawsuit. In the letter they even mentioned that if I display that letter somewhere on the web, they'd sue me for Copyright Infringement.
My advises to all to deal with this company with extreme caution.

Hey, I just came across CDA (Communications decency act/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communications_Decency_Act), which says that the website is not liable for materials posted by users.
You may also take a look at http://www.ripoffreport.com/wantToSueRipoffReport.asp, which is also a website running on a similar theme as yours.
Just stating that Objectwin is threatening says enough about the company itself.
